I just had a "the music video is a still a viable concept" moment the other day. A few months ago I listened to a BAT FOR LASHES album and promptly deleted it. I could not stand it. The other day I was watching The Wedge on my On Demand and a BAT FOR LASHES video came on. I darted to the remote to fast forward that shit when.... The video "got" me. I had instantaneously changed my general feeling about the artist due to the video being so captivating. Now I am contemplating downloading and maybe making an effort to see her live one day. The song is WHAT'S A GIRL TO DO.
